1. Definitions

• "Service" — any financial education program, session, report, or material offered by Pra Kasem
• "User" / "You" — any person who accesses our website or enquires about or participates in a program
• "We" / "Us" / "Our" — Pra Kasem, based at 119 Udon-Thani Road, Mueang, Udon Thani 41000, Thailand
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, as updated from time to time
• "Content" — all materials, reports, guides, and educational resources provided as part of our programs

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form, enrolling in a program, or using this website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

3. Services Provided

Pra Kasem provides adult financial education programs in Thailand, including:

• Financial Health Check-In — a half-day personal finance assessment session with a personalised scorecard report
• Precious Metal Savings Program — a structured three-session program covering gold and silver savings education
• Full Retirement Readiness Assessment — a six-session comprehensive evaluation covering financial, healthcare, social, and psychological dimensions

All services are educational in nature. We do not provide personalised investment advice, financial planning regulated under Thai law, or any form of brokerage service.

4. Enrolment and Scheduling

Enrolment is confirmed once you have received written confirmation from Pra Kasem and, where applicable, payment has been received. Session times are agreed upon at enrolment. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances outside our control and will provide reasonable notice in such cases.

5. Payment Terms

Program fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Full payment is requested before the first session, unless a specific instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing. Payment methods accepted are communicated at the time of enrolment.

Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 5 business days before the first session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 business days are eligible for a 50% refund. Once a session has commenced, that session's portion of the fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

6. User Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and complete information at the time of enquiry and enrolment
• Attending sessions at the agreed times or providing timely notice of any scheduling changes
• Using all educational materials solely for personal, non-commercial learning purposes
• Treating our team and other participants, where applicable, with courtesy and respect
• Not recording sessions without prior written consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, reports, and guides provided as part of our programs are the intellectual property of Pra Kasem or our licensed contributors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own education. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or public sharing of any program materials without written permission is not permitted.

8. Disclaimers

Our programs are provided for educational purposes only. Nothing in our sessions, reports, or materials constitutes:

• Personalised investment or financial planning advice regulated under Thai securities law
• A recommendation to buy or sell any specific financial product
• A prediction of financial outcomes or market performance

All information is provided in good faith based on publicly available data and general educational practice. You are encouraged to seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Pra Kasem's liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fee paid for the specific program to which the claim relates. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our educational content or from any financial decision made following program participation.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in a program by providing written notice. If you terminate during a program, the refund policy in Section 5 applies. We reserve the right to terminate participation without refund if a participant engages in conduct that disrupts the learning environment or violates these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Udon Thani Province, Thailand.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or participation in programs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
